8-10 months from planning until moving in.

The quaility is actually better in ways and depending the size our homes can be much cheaper per sqft. We save money because our factories order all material in bulk not for the specific home so they are getting the lumber directly from mills instead of from a store like lowes or homedepot. everything is also built much faster due to everyone being stationed in the same area and using the assembly line. As far as quality, our homes are sold nationwide so they have to meet the specs of other states. Due to ordering material in bulk your home may have more efficient insulation and energy rating than what is actually required by the state of Virginia. Another quality design is our roof systems with our roofs being a henge lift system, your attic space can be used for storage and walking through. Most site-built homes use trusses that do not allow easy mobility. 

Working with us you have two people to contact, Rick or Michael you dont have a corporate number where you get put on hold or where you have to track down the right person to speak to. If there is an issue or a question about something with the project we build within an hour of christiansburg and immediately get to the jobsite.
